Blondies

Recipe
255g beurre noisette (brown butter)
300g brown sugar
340g flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
100g chopped white chocolate
0.5 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
1. melt butter over medium heat until brown in colour and has a nutty aroma.
2. mix with brown sugar until all the sugar is dissolved. set aside to cool completely.
3. Mix and sift all the dry ingredients together.
4. whisk eggs and vanilla into the sugar and butter mixture until the mixture has lightened in colour.
5. fold in your dry ingredients, then your white chocolate.
6. Bake at 250F for 30-40 min in a 9x9 square pan, until the middle is still slightly undercooked (An inserted toothpick should come out with a few crumbs sticking on it)
7. Let cool for at least 2 hours on a cooling rack before cutting and consuming.
