This series highlights individuals in our facilities and shares their fitness journeys, showcasing how they use U of T’s spaces while encouraging broader community engagement. These videos led to an increase in signups for associated clubs and an increase in engagements.

Aquatics Programs

This series showcases the different ways that community members can learn how to swim, no matter their skill level. It aims to encourage members to try new activities on campus even with little to no experience.

Fitness and Performance

This series positions U of T Sport & Rec’s personal trainers as approachable, supportive experts dedicated to helping clients reach their goals. It has generated significant engagement, reaching more than 24,000 accounts across the platform.

U of T Sport & Rec x Varsity Blues Football

This collaboration with the Varsity Blues Football team showcases that U of T Sport & Rec programs are accessible to everyone, regardless of athletic background. The series became the account’s most-viewed content to date, featuring one of its top-performing videos of all time.
